How soon can I expect the artwork?
Typically, the entire process takes 2-3 weeks. Besides the actual painting time, another factor determining the shipping date is the drying of the paint. Some artists, such as Van Gogh, applied paint liberally which may require slightly longer to dry. When we ship your order, we send you the details by email, including a tracking number from TNT so you can follow your painting online.
Is giving my credit card secure over the internet?
On our site, absolutely! We provide 256 bit secure processing of your credit card through a credit card processer.
If I have a problem, who can I contact?
You can contact us via e-mail, or by phone. We are also more than happy to call you wherever you live.
Can I order in a different size?
You can order the painting in any size , just tell us the size you want with your order.
Do you provide volume discounts?
We provide substantial discounts for large orders. Please visit our Premier Account area for more information on obtaining an Premier account. What if I don't like my painting?
With every painting we create, we provide a money back guarantee. Refunds will be made after we have received the painting. We do ask that the paintings be returned in the original packing and same condition as received. Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund on frames. We strive to show as many details as possible on all our frames.
What is your quality like?
We offer great quality. We are not based out of China, and work very hard to ensure each painting meets our high standards. We work only with oil based paint and with high quality canvases. We do not offer prints, only hand painted oil reproductions.
What is the delivery time?
Each painting takes approximately 10 - 15 days to paint, depending on the complexity of the painting. We ship using TNT 3 day worldwide express. During holidays, we work hard to ensure your painting is delivered in time for Christmas.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, and Discover. Orders can be made online or over the phone. Additionally, we also accept Pay Pal. Each order made comes with a money back guarantee.
Can your artists do a portrait from a photo?
Our artist's can produce portraits or other copies from any photo. Simply send us the photo, and we'll provide an estimate of the costs. Visit our portraits section for more information on pricing.
Duties
There are no import duties for paintings in the US ( per Harmonized Tariff Schedule). In other countries, please consult with customs.
